Rules For Purchase and FAQs
Festival Passes on Sale Now. Tickets for Individual Films are $20 (or $25 for reserved seating) Each. Most films will have filmmakers and actors present for talk-backs and Q&A. Buy a ticket and ask away. On Sale Soon. Sign Up For Our Newsletter to be the first to find out when these tickets go on sale.
WIFF PASSES POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Pass Pickup:
Passes are not issued in advance of the festival. To redeem your pass, you must present your Eventbrite confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device) along with a government-issued photo ID.
Passes can only be redeemed in person beginning Wednesday, June 8, 2019, at noon at the WIFF Registration Center. Please check the festival website schedule in early June for final confirmation of hours of operation daily.
Pass Policies:
Passes are for use of one person (pass holder) only, and therefore are not transferrable.
Your pass does not guarantee ticket into each and every screening unless you’ve purchased a Red Carpet or Diva Deluxe Pass. Lines begin for each screening approximately 45 minutes in advance, so if you’d like to get a seat, please enter the line early.* In order to ensure a full house, rush lines will begin entry 15 minutes before every screening.
Refunds:
Refunds will be accepted until May 15, 2019. All refund requests must be made in writing to info@womensfilmfest.com with the word Refund in the subject line. Please expect two weeks for the funds to be returned to you. To expedite your refund, please include as much information as possible including your name, confirmation number from Eventbrite.
No refunds will be granted after May 31 2019.
Opening Night Film & Party
Join some of the industry's top models, magazine editors and film industry executives on the Red Carpet for our opening night film A Perfect 14.
A Perfect 14 explores the world of plus size models fighting to reshape the fashion industry and the beauty standards of society. The film follows the journeys of models Elly Mayday (Canada), Kerosene Deluxe (Netherlands) and Laura Wells (Australia) as they struggle against our culture’s distorted perception of body image. A Perfect 14 also questions the fashion industry leaders and pioneers in the world’s meccas and holds them accountable for their responsibility in size-based segregation.
